Our Return Policy
If any item(s) is broken or damaged during shipment, or is found to be defective after a period of normal use, please contact Sweet Pine Jewelry as soon as possible. The item(s) must be properly and well packaged and shipped back to us within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
If we receive the item(s) back during the 14 day period and it is found to be broken, damaged, or defective, we will gladly exhange it for an identical item, or promptly and courteously refund the entire purchase price, minus shipping-related costs incurred by either party.
Sales of discounted and sale items are final. For health related reasons we cannot accept exchanges or returns on earrings.
